The staff members were of the best I’ve every came across. They were professional, knowledgeable and actually cared.

We have used Levin for a long time back when they were located on Broadway in Merrillville. Always been treated fairly and serviced well. When Merrillville closed then we started using the Winfield location. Last year I had new wheels and tires put on my truck. Everything went well. Until I went in for a rotation. It was discovered that a couple of lug bolts had snapped off. I have eight on each wheel so wasn't overly concerned. The manager at the time said I needed longer lug bolts and would located me some. Over time I forgot about it. Then In July I noticed my front driver tir was low and had a small leak. I took it in to get it repaired. There was a new Manger. John Aliasis was his name. I recognized him as one of the techs that had worked in the garage. As we were chatting he asked if those lug bolts had ever been replaced. I said no. He sounded disappointed and said he would have new ones in a couple days. He did. He called and I took the truck in and they put new longer bolts and lug nuts on. Great finally had all eight bolts right. Or so I thought. I went on a camping trip and my wife noticed a sound from the wheels. When we got back I took it to Levin to get it checked out. The lug nuts were about a 1/16" took long and it left some "play between the wheels and the mount. John was on vacation. The assistance manager Brian said they would take care of it and said it might take a couple of days. Almost a week went by and at 8:04 am Monday morning John called. Said he had bad news. My wheels were ruined too. Apologized and gave me a website to go to and pick out new wheels. I did and two days later had my truck back with new wheels, new lug bolts and new lug nuts. John said he had taken it out to check it out and make sure everything was done correctly. I was not charged a penny for any of this. As was expected. John even contacted me twice over the course of the nest week to make sure everything was good with the truck. Our loyalty is intact and very glad that the new Manager John who was a former tech was put in charge as he knows the job and the challenges. Thanks
